Series - Georgia leads 59-37-5 overall, and 31-25-4 in Atlanta. In their last meeting, the Bulldogs were shocked by Georgia Tech 45-42 on Nov. 29, 2008 in Athens. In the teams' previous game in Atlanta, Georgia won 31-17 over the Yellow Jackets on Nov. 24, 2007.
Previous games: Georgia was upset by Kentucky 34-27 on Nov. 21 in Athens. Georgia Tech smashed Duke 49-10 on Nov. 14 in Durham, N.C.
